Hotel location is not good and it 's far away from Mg Marg..even from Chandmari Taxi stand the hotel is situated way up..like isolated and no shops are near by even Rooms are good, and have views in some rooms TV was not working though and even after reporting , they did not take any action.. New Manager Amit is just worthless, Service is very very poor, Rather they are least bothered to provide you a good service I certainly not recommend anybody to stay here

We recently stayed at this hotel on 1st October,2022 for 1 night, Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable bed, hot shower, every this was good but the view from the room's balcony was excellent. Hotel is run by Ms Sumi, she is very nice and always ready for every help with smiling face. we recommend this hotel to others.

This was an amazing hotel, view from balcony was so nice and beautiful. There rates are very very fair and room was superb. Room was so well like costly hotels. View from there balcony was exceptional. Staffs were so helpul that i started missing them when we left. Probably this is the best place to stay at gangtok.

I stayed in Kundau residency with my family ND it was indeed a wndrful experience..... Terrace view ws must watch.... Moreover,the most commendable job was done by the staff members. They were extremely sweet-gestured ND wr alwys ready to help. The nyt whn I reached Gangtok,it ws all raining moreover our taxi driver was very uncooperative but evn at 12 ,the hotel staff was connected with us through out the way.... When we left the hotel.. They came outside and waved to us sweetly as if hotel ws thr home ND we were"MEHMAAN".Sm total it was really a cherised ND comfortable stay.

The staff were very helpful right from check in to check out. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. Connectivity to various parts of Kundau Residency is excellent. The room has all modern amenities and bedding is very comfortable for sound sleep.
